Col Vinod Kumar (Retd) is Chief Technical Officer in Punj Corporation Pvt Ltd. He is a Fellow of Institution of Engineers and having Masters in Technology, Business Administration (HR) and Science (Defence Studies and Strategy). He is alumnus of prestigious Defence Services Staff College, Wellington. He was closely associated with the MRO of tanks, ICV BMP-2 and Guns in the Field army and Army Base Workshop throughout his carrier in the army. In Army Base Workshop, he was responsible for the Planning and Resource Management of Overhaul of tank T-72 budgeting approx. INR 300 Cr per annum and undertook the Pilot Overhaul of tank T-90. Worked on technical assignments in India and abroad. He has established a Modern workshop with state of art facilities for the Assembly and Manufacturing of Components of tanks at Chennai.
Col Vinod Kumar (Retd) has commanded Units at various levels associated with the MRO and Engineering Support to Russian Origin Equipment in Indian Army.He has commanded Armored Division EME Battalion responsible to provide Engineering support to approx. 500 tanks and 400 BMP-2. He was awarded with GOC-in C Commendation Card for his outstanding Serviceand Operational Preparedness of All Equipment of the armored Division. He took Pre-Mature retirement in November 2011 from Army base workshop posted as GM(Works) and joined the Group as head of Rosoboronterra India Pvt Ltd. He has vast experience of working with the Russian tank & ICV BMP OEMs while being in army as well as in Private defence sector.
Col Vinod Kumar(Retd) is an Expert in the Defence Procurement Procedures/Defence Acquisition Procedure& Manual, E–Tendering, Offset Management, Cost negotiations, Project Planning, Client Management, Project Execution, Trading and Preparation of Detailed Project Report. He has attended various Courses /Training, Academic Projects,International Seminars and Conferences in India and abroad. He has established a Modern workshop with state of art facilities for the Assembly and Manufacturing of Tracks of tank T-72 and Radiators& Oil Coolers of tank T-90 at Chennai.

Ms Divya Jain is an Assistant General Manager and Finance Officer in Punj Corporation Private Limited from 2018. She is doing a Techno-commercial part related to various Government Tenders and Private Tenders related to Land Systems. She has a versatile experience in Defence Sector and has dealt with different type of Tenders and Registrations on ground. She is managing Financial as well as Techno-Commercial part of PCPL.
